Single-use plastics like bottles, straws, bags, and wrappers harm our health and pollute the environment. This project challenges you and your classmates to avoid using single-use plastics for up to one week while raising awareness about plastic waste in your school community.

Make a list of the single-use plastic items you and your classmates use every day.
π Step 2: Find Alternatives
Explore reusable options like refillable bottles, metal or bamboo straws, reusable lunch bags, and containers.

Talk to your principal and school staff about your campaign and ask for their help.
π¨ Step 4: Spread the Word
Create posters to tell your school about the campaign and invite other classes to join.
π Step 5: Launch the Campaign
Hold a fun launch day to kick off the plastic-free challenge and get everyone involved.
π Step 6: Complete the Plastic Free Action Plan
Track your goals and progress by filling out the Plastic Free Action Plan.
